Lambda is a good company to work for.

Not too sure about the future and stability. Benefits could be better.

Decent compensation. Good work-life balance.

Massive empire building, massive politics hampering doing anything and everything. It operates as if it's a mega-corp with 10,000+ folks and it's less than 1,000. At least three or four C-level execs have left the company just in the past month. I don't feel this company will exist in a year, it will likely be bought for the physical infrastructure and gutted
