Pros
They are fun people to work with and friendly colleagues. The company's benefits are that they allow WFH, but you have to accumulate WFH credits. There is also a booster (free tea time) on Wednesdays. Operations Manager is very flexible in terms of work as long as it does not affect your productivity.
Cons
There are always drivers coming in and out to speak to the staff. A couple of angry drivers every day which is a norm. Demand of work varies each quarter. Underpaid for the industry.
