Doesn't Care About Driver's Benefit - Anonymous employee Lalamove Employee Review

Recently there are few client scammers using Lalamove platform to request Driver to use their feature BUY4U service. If the driver being scammed, there is TOTALLY NO COMPENSATION from Lalamove whatever the driver has paid for the client. Only the commission will be refund back for that particular job. 1. No customer due diligence being checked for the client who acted as scammer. 2. Lalamove only posted on FB regarding the scammer status but not try to ban them from system. 3. No notifications from SYSTEM message which all drivers heavily rely on. But yet they only posted in their FB page which drivers might not be able to see it. 3. There was a third party software that hacked into their system to instantly secured job from legit driver.
