No working experience required. Good for new graduates looking for a fresh start.
Cons
Dedicated call center as a sales, the guidance for you to learn is through the use of youtube videos. Instead of solving problems/escalations, management avoids it and push back to problem to you. Management acts like they are approachable, but when problem happens they are the first to point fingers. Help is close to non-existent, they only help you can find there is self-help. Corporate structure is in a mess, day 1 it can be "A" and day 2 it can be "Z", management has no decision capabilities as well. Low level micro managing involved, not too sure what is the actual purpose of the middle management level.
