All of the kids and staff were great to work with. I never had a background in education, but while during the Covid pandemic, I needed to find something and they took a chance on me. If not for the pay, I would have loved to have continued working for them.

Only complaint I had was the low pay. Starting pay was not actually that low which equated to being paid at at $21.00 an hour but with the spread pay, my bi-weekly checks were only around $700.00. There was no option to not do spread pay and instead just not be paid during the summer months which I would have loved.

Poor quality, lack of any real management, outdated systems, poor IT department
