Unfortunately, my experience with this company was largely negative due to a highly toxic work environment and poor organizational practices. Processes and procedures changed constantly, often without proper communication or training, creating confusion among employees and increasing the likelihood of mistakes.
The office environment was also unsuitable for productive work, lacking the conditions necessary for employees to perform effectively and comfortably.
Management practices felt outdated and disconnected from modern customer service standards. Rather than empowering employees and focusing on continuous improvement, the company relied on an old-fashioned management style that often hindered efficiency, employee morale, and the overall customer experience.
While there were opportunities to gain experience in customer service, the lack of stability, clear direction, and modern leadership made it a challenging place to work. I would not recommend this company to professionals seeking a supportive, well-structured, and contemporary workplace.
