      Get psych/behavior nurse experience nice area

      Cons

      pay is not equal with other LPNs at on campus SNF clients have a lot of behavioral outbursts at times no support from management to defend nurses underappreciated by upper management residential staff does not always respect/listen to nurse low pay compared to other areas
