      Health insurance is affordable, and pto is great, and the attendance policy is the loosest policy I have seen

      Cons

      Laying people off, currently no hr policy on file for associates to review, depending on which hr personnel you speak with on policy guidelines

      Micromanagement Top leadership making unwise decisions both financially and operationally Lack of direction Too many executive cliques that never took employee survey info seriously No room for growth (unless you are related or suck up) or job security
