One easily blends in when new. this is because the staff in the related field of work are always ready to show one around and help out, the salary is also relatively good. This is because other that the basic pay, there is a service charge which changes with how good business was in that period.

There is no job security Most of the employees are here on contract basis. this means that they may or may not get to re-new their contract at the end of the period. there are also long working uncondusive hours.
