High turn-over, poor management - Server Lady gregorys Employee Review

The owner is a belittling and unhelpful (seemingly because of his own ineptitude) manager who uses his most economically vulnerable employees. Ever wonder why you never see the same server or bartender? Owned by the same restaurant group as the failed restaurants, Birdcage and Octavio. There was such high turnover, within three months I was a senior server. Bartenders were hired with no past experience, understaffed and overcrowded sections. Managers came and went as they were being tasked to save a ship that had already sunk.
