In my observation of the company, there are several obvious shortcomings: 1. **Unfriendly Work Atmosphere**: The overall work environment lacks support, and collaboration among employees is weak, leading to feelings of pressure and isolation. 2. **Lack of Transparent Communication**: There are barriers between management and employees, with important information often not being communicated in a timely manner, causing misunderstandings and unnecessary confusion. 3. **Poor Management Skills**: The manager's leadership abilities are inadequate, lacking effective guidance and support, which affects team morale and work efficiency. 4. **Unreasonable Overtime Demands**: The manager frequently makes unreasonable requests for overtime, causing employees to feel exhausted and dissatisfied, directly impacting their work-life balance. I hope these issues can be addressed and improved to enhance employee satisfaction and overall work efficiency.
