      Gave me an opportunity, and met some great people.

      Cons

      The drive is incredibly long. My department did not believe in remote work during a pandemic. Salaries are not market value. Very cliquey within management and up.

      manager of the department is great, most of the coworkers are great

      Cons

      no raises, a lot of politics, negative talk overall regarding residents, upper management does not believe speaking with all employees or treating with mutual respect they wish to receive

      incredibly long drive, no cheap places nearby; negative environment, politics, cliquey co-workers and poor management/communication; salary is less than expected
