- As a product development engineer, I never get bored of what I do. Coming out of college, I didn't want to get a job where I sit at a desk and do the same thing all day every day, so it's perfect for me. - Here, I can get to see how ideas turn into products and participate in all aspects. - Very nice co-workers, not the kind of place where the hierarchy makes people uncomfortable. - I like the office in general. Relaxed office environment, no need to dress up every day. Breakfast Fridays where people bring donuts or other foods. There are also BBQ cook-offs and casual parties from time to time. - Working on-site, which is a plus for me personally

- Bring your own lunch most of the days except for office parties days. There are quite a few fast foods nearby, but not too many healthy options. - The office is close to the city and the airport, so the traffic can be bad depends on the time of the day.

Fair Compensation. Relaxed work atmosphere. Plenty of opportunity to excel or be promoted. Occasional work events. Good insurance. The CEO is very understanding of needing time off for personal things outside of work. I always feel appreciated for my hard work.

I really do not have anything negative to say. I would recommend working here to anyone who is looking for an opportunity to work hard, and be appreciated for their efforts.
