Pros
Labrador does a great job of giving considerably more pto, sick days, and personal days than any job I’ve ever worked with or applied for right off the bat. They encourage you to take time off and don’t micromanage the work day for you as well.
Cons
Being an international company sometimes you may have to respond outside normal business hours but it’s rarely expected. More of a courtesy.
