      Pros

      Everyone is very friendly and easy to get along with. I feel super proud to work for Laborde and to contribute to the company's success.

      Cons

      Some management is not up to date with certain areas, making communication hard with some things that need to be worked on, but no major cons to working here!

      Pros

      Great company, culture, people. Most of the Management team is amazing and made sure to show employees they valued them. Some of the best managers I have ever worked for.

      Cons

      Salaries paid are lower end, but benefits were decent.
