Temp agency, not a lot of permanent jobs

I have been with the company for a good while now, and I must say that everyone has kept their word 100% from the moment I had my first call with the recruiter. I was told in the beginning that this was a hard position to fill and that it was "not for everyone." This company expects excellence from their staff, and I don't see anything wrong with that. To be successful takes the time and effort to become it. I read some of the negative comments on this page, and I can't help but write a review here to let everyone know that they could not be further from the truth. YES- the hours are long. YES- the base salary isn't the greatest, but it's competitive. The bonus plan is where the money is really at! They have monthly incentives plus huge quarterly bonus payout based on assessments. There are several branch managers that I know of that are making six figures. SUCCESS TAKES HARD WORK! I love this company, and i am so glad that I am a part of it. It's family, and I could not imagine working anywhere else. The corporate office in on point any time i need anything and I really feel as though they eat sleep and breath the culture that they want others to be a part of. Labor Smart ROCKS!

There are cons at any work place, but none worth mentioning here. This company is great....
