Nothing to say , very ethical and cares about his clients and employees.

I honestly can't think of one thing.

This company is extremely unprofessional and mismanaged. They preach coaching, but during my time there the coach assigned to our location was replaced 5+ different times and none of them would respond in a timely manner. This led to deals being lost. Their corporate team is also scattered and it took them 7 months to finally cut a commission check.
