No downsides, everything was very professional, good pay between salary and commissions

The company cares about their employees. Lots of perks and discounts on hotel stays all over the country.

As a bartender, we didn’t have a barback and it was a lot of work for not very great tips. I was told my expectations for the tip out were very reasonable during the interview but the paychecks didn’t compare to those numbers at all.
