Thank you for your feedback - we’ve worked hard to maintain our culture as we’ve grown this year and I’m pleased that it sounds like we’ve been successful. I know working hours can be long in recruitment, particularly when starting out and La Fosse is no exception to that, however, we have made several changes to try and help maintain your work-life balance including our weekly in-office massages, early finishes on Fridays and flexible lunch breaks so you can go to the gym etc at quieter times of the day.
For salespeople, we offer competitive commission schemes and regular incentives, and for our non-commissioned teams, we began a process last year which we are continuing this year to align everyone to external benchmarks. We are currently waiting for new data to come in so we can complete this year’s salary review and alongside this, we have been working on several options to support our operations team during the cost-of-living crisis.
