Pros
The health benefits were very good and the 4 weeks of vacation time was extremely generous for a company of their size (less than 100 employees).
Cons
Leadership is not competent. Their planning efforts are late and shallow when they do them at all, and then they change course constantly. They need to focus on far fewer company goals, resource them properly, empower staff to make decisions, display some patience, and communicate better in all ways.
