Looks good on the surface - Office Administrator LVC Companies Employee Review

I Recently started and would like to say that this company is everything i wished for)) lots of amazing people that work here.

So far, i don't have any.

Flexible schedule, very little oversight

This only applies to fire sprinkler division - Lied about job description and made it prohibitive for advancement. Unable or unwilling to explain ESOP compensation. Accused me of lying about my father's death during exit interview. Incredibly unprofessional. Only care about dollar signs on paper - they would rather make money than do the right thing. Lack of organization, no real project tracking. No accountability.
