Pros
- WFH just because no one bothers to return to the office. - Manager grade has tons of annual leave, but you will need 3-month notice period.
Cons
- Constant restructure which would wipe out all your contributions and potential rewards. HQ will ruin your established workflow just because they can. - Super low working morale due to constant nonsensical restructure. - Zero-to-none support to so-called regional offices. - Most of the meeting with HQ/top management is a waste of time. You can just present the number with no supporting and they will say "Good Job". Simultaneously, you can cover the loss by giving some of the simplest, most basic excuses ever. - Politics everywhere, especially from some of the most incapable top management. - Promotion only to those favored by the "latest restructure" but not to the real contributors. 3 promotions within 2 years just because they need to promote his/her subordinate. - Ridiculously low compensation and package. Over-work and burnout everywhere. Performance went downhill once employees realize the company would never reward them the way they entitled.
