Pros
Good company to work if you're a fresher. Great exposure and off the bat responsibilities. Corporate with startup culture. If you're someone that does well under gunfire, this is the place you'll thrive.
Cons
Good company but only till you're a fresher. Management is in shambles. Once the guise of learning over money fades, they show their true colors. There is no mentorship once you reach 3 year experience mark. You're left to fend for yourself.
