Incredibly heavy lifting, no sinks so you have to carry a significant amount of trays of glasses half filled or fully filled with water roughly 500 feet through restaurant. Servers treat you like trash If you're a male, you have to bus tables, they will not let you host. Female host will get promoted to server within a week if you cuddle up to management Bussers do not get promoted until long after you suffer through backbreaking manual labor Lifting 300 pound bags of trash into dumpster alone Working until roughly 2 am Management will conspire with staff to trash talk employees
