      Fantastic work/life balance, great compensation and the people are amazing to work with in all departments. Days (and years) go by quickly at LeaseTeam and the work is challenging, but not impossible.

      Cons

      The product and industry take a long time to learn - there is always a new twist from a customer perspective

      Incredibly flexible work schedule. If you get your work done and do it well they don't care where/when you do it (within reason)
