Pros

Flexible Hours part time available options to be promoted

Cons

Bullies you into going full time even though you applied for part time not much supervision and no one to turn to for help when just starting the job non responsive managers payroll lies told - initial was told persons taking calls would get a higher salary - asked about this after starting, months later still no reply worst QA department I have ever seen

Culture is positive, respectful, and centered on doing the right thing. Team is collaborative and transparent and refreshingly, no big egos. Leadership listens and regularly implements feedback. Fully remote, flexible environment with teammates around the world

Cons

Remote setup requires good personal discipline and communication and cross-time-zone collaboration can require flexibility.
