      Pros

      Benefits, competitive salary, attractive office space.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations for deadlines, overwhelming amount of work at times. Additionally, co-owner of the company Amber's hardcore right wing political views and faintly racist ideology creates an uncomfortable working environment for me and a few others who have quietly expressed their discomfort to me. On a superficial level, she seems fine and as nice as the owner of a company can be, but if you looks closely, you will see that barely any minorities are represented at the company, so it does appear that rS has discriminatory hiring practices, which is unsurprising given Amber's support of racist ideology.

      - Used to be a really cool place with innovative, forward-thinking people everywhere. (A lot of the pros are "used" to be"] - There's room to get to know the people you're working with - Good brand recognition - Sometimes people have good ideas you can run with

      Cons

      Everything about the company now vs. 2-3 years ago is different and in a bad way. Everything is so very disjointed. Decisions are reactive and completely not thought through - they're also being made by tech bros who are simply not the target audience of this brand. They are out of touch and it's ripped the passion and potential right out of the business. Everyone feels like glorified taskhorses. No legit appreciation is given to anyone. All the things that used to make LTK great are no longer and, sadly, that probably means that ShopMy will absolutely run them into the ground. So much potential here which has been disappointing to watch disappear. Senior leadership ahs absolutely no idea what they are doing and they keep throwing things at the wall.
