Really cool parties and events. There's also a bar in the office which is fun for in office events.
Cons
LTK lacks integrity. People at the top are not held accountable for discriminatory behavior - fat shaming, racist remarks, threats, etc. Numbers are made up and strategy grounded in data is dismissed, replaced with whatever sounds good or looks good for upper leadership. HR is well aware, but does not act on trends in feedback. HR teams seem to lack any interest in holding execs/VPs to any sort of leadership standard. Multiple reports have been made to HR about leadership concerns with no action or follow through, including on the items highlighted above. It is not a culture of reflection and refinement - it is a culture of punishment where the rich get richer and bottom tier people get minimal pay increases. Honestly, it's a real disappointment to see a company with such potential crumble because tough conversations about company leaders aren't being had. LTK is so focused on creators, they forget they need brands to spend to function. DEI - LTK focused on DEI when it was financially beneficially.
