      Pros

      Great salary hike, other perks and benefits. Freedom to choose the office location. Work life balance is good(may vary from project to project)

      Cons

      If you didn't get the project in the first 10 15 days, then it might take a while to get into a project and you might have to go through cross skilling yourself.

      Joined Recently. Not sure about pros. May be security there due to having big fishes in the pond.

      Cons

      Slow, Hierarchical. People hardly talk to each other. Found very hard to clear expense claim
