      Good Data Analytics Projects, Nice Campuses, Focused Learning paths from Shoshin

      Cons

      Zero Growth, No Planning of Employees Performance rewards & focused only on Revenue Growth. No Salary hikes for entire company since last two years for most of the people.. Even for Juniors mass resignations no plan to manage the situation from leadership

      Joined Recently. Not sure about pros. May be security there due to having big fishes in the pond.

      Cons

      Slow, Hierarchical. People hardly talk to each other. Found very hard to clear expense claim
