Concerning Work Environment at Prudential-affiliated Agency - Takaful Agent LTH Group Asia Employee Review

I have serious concerns regarding the management's treatment of interns. Students are pressured to meet the company's marketing targets, despite being there primarily to learn and gain industry experience. An internship should focus on developing students' skills and knowledge, not on using them to achieve business objectives.

I would not recommend this company to students who are looking for an internship placement. Interns are not allowed to leave upon completing their internship period and are instead required to find a replacement before they can depart, which I believe is unfair and unreasonable. I also have concerns regarding the handling of interns' allowances and compensation. I hope the management will reflect on these issues and improve their practices to ensure a more professional, ethical, and supportive environment for future interns.
