you ovasonily get free meals. some of the employees are amazing.
Cons
(1)management does nothing except ride you all day. (2)training negligible at best or none exist. (3)the engineer in charge of designing and programming there house maiden machinery doesn't understand fire gets things hot. (4)if you're jod has anything to do with refinancing previous work on parts your work lode will be extremely inconvenient and any day you have nothing to do you'll be yelled at by management if 1: you take an offer from another employee to train you on another process, 2: you take the time to deep clean your area 3: you talk to the people who work the process before your involved to see if they have a time line for your next parts. 4: you do none of the above. (5)the owners oversight over everything reduces efficiency do to his ignorance
