Pros
None, except when the management offers you the occasional nandos meal every 3 months. The training was good but intense.
Cons
Management is really bad, its the 'do what I say and shut up' kind of company. Even when your numbers are great they always push you to do more while they gave you a below market average pay. I do not recommend working with them
