There are more cons than pros. The company as a whole is not good to work for, the salary is horrendously below anywhere else (although they boast about it being competitive). The training is very brief and you're thrown in at the deep end, the company too cannot any kind of logical or reasonable decision with regards to their business outlook or employee satisfaction. My advice is to steer well clear of this company, there are better ones to apply for.
