Pros
- LSI has a long 40+ year history in the market and a 30+ year history as a publicly traded company. - For our size of company it has a healthy financial performance, one that has low debt to cash ratio allowing the company to reinvest in itself and in their employees. - The company is constantly improving to create a better operational and administrative experience by remodeling spaces, redesigning work cells and flows. - Company has a great ambient with little to no stress being a place with people willing to collaborate, improve yet a place were the status quo can be challenged. Last, if your looking for a place where you can maximize your talents, were your not just stuck in your lanes because you're a solution driven and whether your down in an operational line, an engineer or like myself in a financial role, LSI is a great place to work.
Cons
Need to improve in family healthcare cost to employee. Provider is great but expensive.
