Pros
Flexible work arrangements with more focus on outputs rather than clocking on 9 to 5. Great use of technology to connect global teams together both professionally and socially. Supportive staff are always willing to help. Plenty of investment on staff development to stay on the edge of the technology curve.
Cons
A global company that is as spread as it is means time zones can slow things down as you wait for a response from different regions. Lots of disjointed internal systems can take a while to work out.
