Good work environment - Graphic Designer LPI Group Employee Review

Great clientele/accounts. Some people are nice and willing to help each other. Entry-level perhaps for the experience.

- Development/Growth is horrible, lots of manager reviews only to blame the employee for lack of promotion or raise. - Lots of micro-management and toxic office gossip. - There are a few people who came from Marks/SGS (through connections) that is bringing down the culture in the group and do not help in the growth of the team. They talk big or say they'll help, but end up doing something nasty behind your back; don't trust those employees, and would recommend absolutely staying away.

-Amazing clients -Good colleagues -Good entry-level job

-not much room for growth -higher ups can be difficult to work with -hard work can go unnoticed
