Company culture, English as main language, multicultural environment, processes that support and encourage employees to develop themselves. Developers have the freedom to try out things and integrate latest technologies into the company's microservices/microfrontends architecture which is extremely important in my opinion.

The only con that I could mention is that there is some legacy software that still needs to be maintained.

Nice colleges. Adequate management. It's a good place. Leaved only because I wanted to switch a role and there was no suitable open position in the company.
