strict about clocking out 1-2 minutes before over time or even before your scheduled time.
unless asked you won't get a 10 minute break.
will ask you to leave your 10 or 30 minute break to work.
no matter who the manager is in the kitchen you will get yelled at and have to deal with their anger because everyone else is angry, meanwhile staff have to absorb all of it.
history of management sexually assaulting staff.
no advancement in pay.
have to struggle to get access to history of hours and pay.
there's no official training for anyone and if you can't grasp the job quickly enough you get less hours.
if you challenge management, you get less hours.
theft of wages, broken promises, favoritism, HR being friends with corrupt management, blaming of staff for things not their fault, having to do work not in your job description without a raise,
there are a some managers that do their best but overall it seems this is the culture of look cinemas.
