Pros
Office colleagues are nice. (Not all. But majority.) Conducts training sessions which is good to share knowledge.
Cons
Work load is too much. Majority of the employees are interns and old people who is a bit too traditional. Technologies are outdated. Working environment is a bit hectic. But sometimes it depends on the team you assign. Salaries are low. Can't maintain a work and life balance. Specially be careful when signing agreements with them. I've heard of some unfair contracts and agreements with conditions benificial only for the company. They are getting the optimum usage from the employee's desperateness. Sad to see that.
