kpis are based on total number of activities rather than quality of outcomes so some people just do what they can to pump numbers with no plan on what to do next.
The company is poised for success and the employees are dedicated to working together to achieve that success. Everyone is very collaborative and friendly. Management listens to feedback and even asks for employees to be bluntly honest about that feedback. There is a "no bulls***" policy which is refreshing from the way other companies run. Employees are always getting promoted and offered chances for professional development and it's nice to see a company invest in their people this way. Overall, everyone is sharp and hard working, which makes it a great place to be!
Cons
They're moving to an open office environment, which is such a trend these days but employees really don't love that. Vacation and sick time are rolled into one lump which I feel like encourages people to come in to the office when sick to save time for vacation.

Pros
Started off over 2 years ago as a great company when it was called GFI. Free to manage your accounts and grow your business. Adivise moving forward....keep your mouth shut and kiss a lot of but and you will do great.
Cons
Management changed and it was no longer about work, it was about how much but you could kiss to impress managment. It changed to more micro-managment. They replace the entire Departments that produced the leads. The CEO is still the same and his heart is in the right place great guy. One of the best CEO I have ever known. Lower managment is on a dame power trip and upper managment is to busy to see it or just do not want to see it. You don't need a degree to work here and see that a lot of people are looking to jump ship. Everyone walks around worring about the next person instead of doing there job. Tech support is very underpaid. The open door policy they used to have is gone. If you have a problem with your direct manager no need to tell anyone it will always end up your fault at the end of the day.
