Pros
Empowering individuals, great work ethics, diverse and very inclusive. Dynamic leadership and good place to socialise. Locog made it fun to work and manage work life balance.
Cons
Some lack of recognition for hard work; internal politics with vendors and partners; not a reactive culture and often lagged behind due to lack of decision making on time. Although performance reviews were fair, it did take a long time to get any pay rise. Often the technical teams and HR were not in clear with processes in the company.
