Pros
Fun, decent hourly wage as a tech or project manager, lots of overtime if you're into that, lots of travel if you want, can tour with artists, meet lots of cool people and build relationships, learn a lot, very dynamic, never boring or static, grow quickly, per diem, great PTO (earn 2.5 days a month, can only carry over 40 hours into the next year. Use your PTO because they will delete it if you don't and that's time and money wasted for you)
Cons
Most of the Managers suck and don't care about you, they just want to please their bosses, slow seasons you will starve and they'll let you, you gotta beg for work consistently during slow seasons (mostly as a newbie 1-2 years in). It really evens out during peak seasons though, sometimes I make 6-7k in a month at a $26 hr rate. Can't wait until they pay me better). LMG is a jealous girlfriend, won't let you work for others if you're full-time even if slow season.
