Pros
None. I cannot think of one positive item to list about my experience working here during my time I was employed on my first day until the moment I submitted my notice to management.
Cons
Not sure where to even start here. First, the pay is nowhere close to industry standard and not a livable wage. They offer a 401k program as a selling point during the hiring process, but once you are eligible after 90 days that's when they tell you there is no employer match due to "Covid." Extremely toxic and hostile work environment with little to no leadership or proper training in place. Management will continuously offer you empty promises and lead you to believe there is growth just to keep you around. Very high turnover which made many departments and positions difficult to complete tasks. The HR department is beyond dysfunctional and will ignore situations involving managers who exude negative, antagonistic, and bullying behavior just because of the employees status or hierarchy. They will cater to that problematic employee regardless of the situation and their repeated hostile behavior during these incidents, while also turning a blind eye to it. These actions would highly be considered harassment or retaliation at any other respectable company. This place is a lawsuit just waiting to happen. I would like to add despite LMGs promoting and advertising of inclusiveness and values, my often exposure to management openly discussing other staffs bodies and body parts in a sexual manner, using foul slurs referring to a specific groups sexual orientation, and also negative comments towards and about women, specifically concerning their gender, was quite shocking and disappointing. I would not recommend this place of work as it felt very unsafe a majority of the time.
