Pros
-The people are fun -Customers can be awesome (from Pop Stars to Neurologist Conferences) -Good IT team -Good benefits package (bus pass or parking included w/ decent health package) -Lots of employee training options and classes (I learned how to use pivot tables!) -Better-than-most inclusive environment with a fair amount of women in leadership. Well, at least not a total white guy boys club at the top. LGBTQ+ folks still kinda keep to themselves about their identities though and only come out to a handful of folks.
Cons
-Sometimes the customers are actively promoting things you may not believe in (Political events, manufactures of controversial products, or music acts) -Trouble attracting talent with competitive pay -Trouble KEEPING talent with competitive pay increases -Unable to hire or keep folks as a result and more work gets piled on those remaining -A LOT of meetings with folks from small offices from London to San Jose -Sales team does not get a great work/life balance and Ops experiences the same when things get even a bit busy
