      Pros

      Great talent and clients. Great long term opportunity for growth, learning and leadership. Can be stressful and rewarding at the same time.

      Cons

      Management is self serving and protectionist. Owner is awesome and I feel he doesn't know that upper and middle managers are in need of a revamp.

      Pros

      Management USED TO care about their employees Coworkers were nice

      Cons

      Awful management that doesn’t care about anything other than the numbers. You’re sick? Family emergency? Doing the work of 5 people all by yourself? You’ll be told to “just get over it”. You won’t get paid a living wage. Very little opportunity for career advancement. Just a toxic work culture in general.
