No stability. *There is a lot of back stabbing among employees. *Employees cannot trust upper management. *Company does not know where they are going - lack of direction. *Owner insults employees on a regular basis and gets away with it. HR protects him and not the employees. *Upper management lacks leadership abilities. *The company only hires good looking woman. It is not based on their experience or abilities. *It is a snake pit. *Hostile work environment.
