      If you want a career in recruitment and are willing to put your all in then this is the place to do it, really supportive when it comes to "growing their own" and helping you get up and running.

      Cons

      Our side of the office is cold and Friday drinks are every fortnight not weekly anymore :(

      Hybrid work schedule & nice wework community

      Cons

      The culture of the US office is one of the worst I've ever been in. Not very friendly office culture, many sides you have to choose in the office and leadership unfortunately is unhelpful. There is also no way to make any money as the primary sales people bring in no revenue potential deals, lots of the people are just folks who jump from company to company which should be a red flag to begin with. Lots of overpromising in the interview process.
