Pros
The company is growing so much, hiring a lot of really great people, people full of potential. Great leadership style from company leaders, they're very accessible and they communicate a lot with all employees. The company's culture is just great. Love the company's “commitment” to work/life balance.
Cons
LLamasoft's HQ is probably the best workplace I've seen so far. However their UK offices are not quite there yet, it sometimes feels like the HQ and the UK offices are 2 different companies. I hope this changes soon.
