95% things in this company in India is negative. No stability at all, it’s at 60% attrition year on year including top management, HR is mere puppet so no culture at all. Hire and Fire culture almost one person resigning or fired every day on an average. It’s better to be Job less than working here. New management has no sense of business and looks like this brand would get shut down in India soon. No importance given to the most important resource I.e. manpower hence all the brands in Lixil are de-growing YOY
